By reporting this defect, you agree to return the defective sample (if requested and available) and that the defective sample has not been exposed or contains any body fluids, including blood or saliva, and that all safety precautions have been taken in order to transport the defective sample without any harm to those who will come into contact with the sample. (eg. removal of tubing, needles, IV Sets, etc…). If the sample has been exposed, do not send the sample and speak with the CSL Representative concerning next steps.
