Steve Marlow

Steve Marlow currently serves as the General Manager at CSL Plasma. As the head of the plasma organization, Steve has full P&L responsibility and is accountable for leading all aspects of the US and International network of plasma donation centers with more than 14,000 people, across more than 330 centers.

Steve began his career with CSL in Australia in 2000.

He was appointed to his previous role, Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Manager of CSL’s vaccine business unit, CSL Seqirus, in April 2020 following four years successfully integrating and leading CSL Seqirus’ Global Operations from 2016 to 2020.

Prior to that role, Steve served as SVP of CSL Behring’s US Manufacturing Operations, based in Kankakee, Illinois. Further key leadership roles of note during Steve’s nearly 25-year career at CSL included responsibility for Global Supply Chain, International Commercial Operations and Technical Operations for the Influenza franchise.

Steve led the global coordination for the rapid response to the H1N1 pandemic in 2009 and was at the forefront of CSL’s global response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Steve gained his undergraduate degree in Leeds, UK, his MBA in Melbourne, Australia and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Melbourne Business School, Australia. Steve is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
