Gordon Naylor

Independent Non-executive Director

Mr Gordon Naylor has been a Director of CSL Limited since December 2025.

Skills and experience:

Mr Naylor brings extensive board and international executive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on finance, strategy and capital projects.

Mr Naylor joined the Board of Orica Limited in April 2022. Prior to this, he held numerous senior leadership roles at CSL including President of CSL Seqirus from 2015 to 2019 and Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2015.

With an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr Naylor is also a Certified Practicing Accountant, has a Masters of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology, Science and Engineering.
