Diego Sacristan

Diego Sacristan was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at CSL in July 2026. He leads CSL Behring and CSL Vifor’s businesses across Commercial & Medical.

Diego joined CSL in August 2024 as Senior Vice President and Head of International for CSL Behring, overseeing commercial operations outside the U.S. He later served as Senior Vice President and Head of the U.S. business. At CSL, he has helped transform the Commercial and Medical operating model, led a pivotal U.S. sales force expansion and contracting strategy, and played a key role in the successful global launch of ANDEMBRY.

Diego is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in commercial strategy, general management, and marketing. Before joining CSL, he spent two decades at Pfizer in senior U.S. and international roles, including President of U.S. Oncology, Regional President for International Developed Markets and Chief Commercial Officer for Emerging Markets, as well as global marketing leadership positions.

Diego earned Bachelor and Masters degrees in Economics and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.
