Mr Costa Saroukos has been a Director of CSL Limited since December 2025.

Skills and experience:

Mr Saroukos is a finance professional with over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He was previously the Global Chief Financial Officer and a Board member for Takeda Pharmaceuticals, based in Tokyo. Before joining Takeda, Mr Saroukos held senior roles at Allergan Asia Ltd, including Vice President Finance Asia Pacific and Regional CFO for Greater China & Japan.

Mr Saroukos also spent more than 13 years with Merck & Co, where he took on increasingly senior executive roles in Switzerland, South Korea and Australia.

Mr Saroukos has extensive experience in audit, business development, financial planning and tax.

Mr Saroukos is also a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, the National Institute of Accountants and the American Institute of Internal Auditors.
