U.S. I&T Graduate Rotational Program

Build the foundation for a long-term I&T career at CSL

At CSL, technology plays a critical role in advancing global healthcare. The U.S. I&T Graduate Rotational Program prepares recent graduates to build real experience, grow their capabilities early, and explore how different areas of IT come together to support a complex, mission-driven organization.

This is a full-time, paid role from day one. You join CSL as an associate and rotate across I&T teams, contributing to meaningful work while building a strong foundation for your career.

Shaping the Future of I&T at CSL

Early in an IT career, opportunities are often narrow by design. We created this program to offer something broader.

The U.S. I&T Graduate Rotational Program helps develop future I&T leaders at CSL by giving early career professionals the chance to learn across domains, work on real initiatives, and build confidence through experience. You will deepen your technical and professional skills while gaining exposure to how technology decisions connect to business outcomes and patient impact.

Your Journey Through the Program

Join and get grounded

You start the program by joining your cohort, meeting your team, and connecting with a buddy and mentors. A consistent program team supports you across all three rotations, helping guide your experience and development. Early on, you set learning goals, begin technical shadowing, and establish regular feedback check-ins.

Learn and contribute

During each rotation, you move quickly into real work. You take ownership of deliverables, apply your skills in a business context, and build relationships across I&T.

Grow through experience

As you move through additional rotations, you gain exposure to different areas of I&T and build a broader understanding of how technology supports the business. Each experience expands your perspective and strengthens your overall skill set.

Prepare for what’s next

Toward the end of the program, you reflect on your experience, share outcomes from your rotations, and prepare to transition into your final placement at CSL.
