Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Criteria for the CSL Summer Internship Program

University Enrollment & Academic Standing: Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program an accredited U.S. college or university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. The program is designed for rising juniors or seniors graduating between December 2024 and June 2026.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the program.
Participation: Interns are expected to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) and attend a 2-day in-person orientation at the start of the program.
Location: Given the hybrid or in-person nature of our positions, successful candidates must be available to attend on-site program events.

Application Process

Your Path to Joining the CSL Summer Internship Program

Online Application: Review posted internship opportunities and submit your application for the role(s) that align with your professional interests. Complete the online application as soon as possible. The Early Careers Team reviews applications on a rolling basis. Positions will remain posted until filled.
Application Review: Once submitted, our team will review your application. We focus on your academic achievements, skills, and extracurricular activities to understand your potential fit with CSL. We'll keep you updated on your application status via email.
Interviews: If your application aligns with our criteria, we’ll invite you for an initial video or phone interview. Successful candidates will then have a chance to meet with our hiring team for a more in-depth discussion. This is your opportunity to learn more about CSL and for us to get to know you better.
Offer and Acceptance: If selected, you’ll receive an internship offer outlining the terms, duration, and other details. Review, and if you're ready to join us, accept the offer to secure your place in the CSL Summer Internship Program.
Orientation and Onboarding: Before the program starts, you'll receive all the necessary information about the orientation and onboarding process. Attending the 2-day in-person orientation is a key part of getting started.
Begin Your CSL Journey: Mark your calendar! The 2024 Summer Internship Program begins on May 30, 2024.
