Today, we announced a strategic collaboration and exclusive option agreement with Dutch biotech VarmX BV to advance a potentially first-in-class therapy aimed at reversing the effects of Factor Xa inhibitors. Anticoagulants, also known as Factor Xa inhibitors, are critical in preventing strokes and blood clots, but in emergencies, they can make bleeding difficult to control. This therapy is designed to restore clotting, offering a potential breakthrough in emergency care and addressing a critical unmet medical need for millions worldwide.
