Today, Walt Charles leads CSL Plasma, which is responsible for collecting donated plasma needed to manufacture life-saving medicines for people with rare and serious diseases. Prior to joining CSL in 2020, Charles, who is Senior Vice President and General Manager, held senior leadership positions at companies such as Allergen, Biogen, Kraft Foods, Kellogg’s and Johnson & Johnson. All that experience included a lot of networking.
