“As a regional sales manager, most days are spent in the field working with the area managers,” Heintz said. “Being in the field allows me to understand the successes, the challenges and any potential roadblocks that are standing in the way of their success and exceeding objectives.”
He said he likes working at CSL because “every day I feel I have a purpose that is bigger than any one individual.”
