Holly Springs, North Carolina is a town just outside of Raleigh with a thriving business district and is situated in the heart of North Carolina’s famed Research Triangle - an academic powerhouse. CSL Seqirus, a leading influenza vaccines provider, has called this area home beginning in 2014 and has contributed to the local economy ever since.

Over the years, the company has attracted some of the brightest individuals who help to supply the world with millions of doses of seasonal influenza protection and keep the United States prepared in case of an influenza pandemic.

Because of the innovation it takes to make that possible, CSL Seqirus has been granted the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce “2022 Directors Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.” During the award ceremony, the local chamber specifically pointed out the company’s measurable impact on the lives of people in the community and worldwide.

“Delivering on our promise is part of our DNA,” said Jon Kegerise, Vice President of Manufacturing and Site Head at CSL Seqirus Holly Springs. “It goes without saying that innovation comes from CSL Seqirus’ people, and this award is a testament to all of our Holly Springs employees who are showing up every day, committed to the fight against influenza.”

Kegerise explained that innovation is a focus across the CSL enterprise in an effort to reach the unreachable for the many lives that count on us to deliver for patients and public health.
