CSL Limited CEO Paul Perreault (above) recently recorded a video message for CSL employees while working on- site in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Perreault’s visit came as CSL offices worldwide were preparing for July 12, when employees who had been working remotely started to return on-site.

The safety of its employees has been a top priority for CSL, with the organization rapidly adapting its operations and implementing different ways of working to safeguard our people. More than 20,000 front-line employees have been working on-site throughout the pandemic at R&D facilities, manufacturing sites and plasma collection centers – ensuring CSL’s ability to deliver on its promise to patients and protect public health.

For some employees whose roles allowed it, working differently has meant working remotely. As vaccination rates continue to rise around the globe, many aspects of life are returning to normal. This includes employees returning to work in office buildings.

Employees at global biotech leader CSL Behring, some of whom have been working remotely since March 2020, now have the option to return to the office if they choose to do so, with broader return-to-site plans scheduled for September.

Perreault was in King of Prussia for several meetings, including a stop in our studio to record a video for employees. In his video message, Perreault thanked employees for their commitment during the challenging past year and provided some insight into what lies ahead for the company as employees whose roles allowed it prepare to return to offices worldwide.

“You were asked to work in different ways, and work in different settings,” Perreault said in the video. “I am sure it was not easy at times. Your commitment has been unwavering and unlike anything I have ever seen in my career.”

CSL Limited, which includes CSL Behring, CSL Plasma and Seqirus, employs more than 27,000 people in 35 countries around the world, working on behalf of patients and human health.
